The public contact route for faktos is the demo request form. Tell us about your firm and the documentation workflow you want to discuss. The form asks only for your name, work email and company. We will follow up by email to arrange a time and learn what you would like to discuss.
After a successful submission, the team will use the email address you provided to arrange a time. Submitting the form is a request to talk, not an instant booking or a purchase. The website does not promise a response deadline or publish a price list.
What to include
Useful context includes the kind of structural projects your firm handles, how you prepare A1–B3 documentation, which templates you use and where evidence or revision tracking becomes difficult. You do not need to prepare or upload project material to request a demonstration. Wait until an appropriate sharing arrangement is agreed before sending confidential drawings, sensitive personal information or access credentials.
When the team follows up, you can ask about access, integrations or website privacy and explain the purpose of your enquiry so it can be routed appropriately. The public website does not document a product API or MCP server; discuss integration requirements before planning automated access.
